Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program performed on a mini trampoline with a patented T-Bar Handle.

The program consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums,tums and thighs.

And that’s a wrap guys. Boogie Bounce Wickford has closed its doors after 3.5 years 😞

I’ve had an absolute blast with you and I’ve met so many amazing people. You have all been so dedicated and loyal and you should be so proud of yourselves becoming boogie bounce pros 😝 Some of you have been with me from day one.

I’m so very sad but unfortunately work commitments have to come first. I’ll still be teaching in Witham Boogie Bounce Witham & GroovX Fitness if you are ever passing come and see me!!!

Thank you for my gifts so very kind of you.

Tuesday is our last boogie bounce class 😞 Unfortunately as most of you know I have new work commitments and sadly I can’t keep teaching in Wickford. I’ll still be teaching in Witham 3x a week at the Witham Football Club if your ever that way!!!

I have my last batch of trampolines that need to go for Tuesday. I have 4 red one’s (non folding ) £20 each and two of the grey folding ones £30 each.

Pop me a messsge if you want one! Boogie Bounce offfers a great app at just £2 a month offering lots of different workouts.

I’m going to miss you guys!!!!

My last class is next week 😞 Thank you so much for being such amazing loyal customers. Some of you have been coming regularly for 3.5 years.

Unfortunately I have to stop teaching in Wickford due to my new job.

I’ll still be teaching in Witham 3x a week. I know some of you have said you will come see me. It will be lovely to see you!!

Hope to see you next week. I think we are fully booked.
