With just one week to go we had our last on the field training session this morning before the season starts next weekend.

Good to get out on a dry Sunday morning

Our season starts with a home game on Saturday 7th March 💪

Wigan & Leigh, we're just one week away from our very first, 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 supper club at St Cuthberts ARLFC! 🤩

A series of 4 relaxed, feel-good evenings for residents across the borough to come together and help shape the future of Wigan and Leigh.

On the menu for the evening, we'll be serving up a dish we do best - homemade pies from the amazing Paxton's Catering, all with mash and your choice of beans and peas, with a delicious cake for dessert:

Get stuck into some free food, live music and some fun, creative activities, with a licensed bar available throughout the evening.

📣 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐀𝐂𝐇 𝐕𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐘 🏉

After 9 successful years as Head Coach of our Open Age team, Keith Williams has made the difficult decision to step down from his position at the end of the 2025 season.
The club as a whole, the players and everyone who has been lucky enough to have played & developed under Keith, learned from him, spent time around him and had his friendship & guidance over the years would like to thank him for everything, for his effort & commitment that never wavered even during the toughest of times and wish him well in his next chapter away from the Head Coach role 💚💛

We’re now on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced and committed person to help lead our Open Age squad ahead of the 2026 season. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of the men’s open age sector, adding value & establishing a new era at Wigan St Cuthberts.

Our Junior Festival kicks off at 9:30am with boys & girls age 6-15 participating. There will be a variety of stalls, tombolas, bake sales and activities going on throughout the day offering something for everyone! Please note stalls will be 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲.
