Everyone loves drum solos! π₯π€©
Drum solos are the most exciting part of a belly dancerβs set, and nothing is more exciting than a drum solo done WELL.β¨οΈ
Understanding the rhythms is the first and may be the most important part of the successful drum solo belly dance.
In this "Drum solo & Rhythms" Workshop you will get in-depth instructions and drills on three of the basic and most used belly dance rhythms. For each of the three rhythms we will work on accents, shimmies and movements along with fun isolations, combos and drills to incorporate sharp and precise accents into your dance on a specific rhythm. ππ₯
We will then be practicing the rhythms in a short playful drum solo belly dance routine.
Learn how to control your body and translate the music through your moves. Improve your belly dance skills, and learn the most common rhythms at the same time, unlocking the next level of your belly dancing. πβ¨οΈπ
