What a way to start the week.

One of our incredible members Jo recently became a British Champion this weekend in the Women’s Pair and sent us this message:

“Without Trent and the team, I wouldn’t have built the strength and endurance needed to win the British Championships this year.”

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

CHAMP OF THE WEEK!!!

This weeks champ is the lovely

Lydia has been absolutely smashing it since joining us .centre throwing herself into everything we have to offer…. SGPT, hustle, Hyrox, punch, circuits!!! She does it all!

The hard work has been paying off aswell with some great progress in her strength, fitness and body composition!!!

It has been also amazing to see her technique and confidence improve week on week and she is now really starting to challenge herself within her training and is being super consistent which is brilliant to see!

Beyond all this she has been an excellent addition to our community, Lydia’s always super friendly to other members, supporting the person next to her in sessions and getting involved in our socials!!!

Some great progress all round and deserves the champ crown 👑
