Hello and welcome to Strong M***a!

If you’re looking for postnatal fitness classes in Worthing that you can bring your little ones along to, then you’re absolutely in the right place.

I’m a pre and postnatal trainer and have been training women since 2013 back in Brighton. I absolutely LOVE what I do, and there is literally nothing better than watching the mums I work with not only stay strong and active through pregnancy, and rebuild their strength postpartum.

I’m a mum too, and understand that whilst it’s incredible becoming a parent, it’s mega tough at times too, and the aim with Strong M***a is to provide a place where you can come to feel a bit better and more like yourself.

The truly best bit for me is training women who have never lifted before and coaching them into absolutely smashing out heavy lifts with excellent technique. Empowering stuff. ♥️

At some point in your postpartum journey,
you’re going to feel like you want to come back to fitness.

Someone’s going to mention a Strong M***a class,
or you’ll see something online…
and it’ll stick in your head.

You’ll feel nervous.
You’ll wonder if you’re ready.
If you’re strong or fit enough.
You’ll worry that the baby might cry, or need to feed.

You might talk yourself out of it a few times.

But then one day,
you’ll just decide to bite the bullet and go.

And it won’t feel perfect.
But it will feel like a start.
