Our new Lancing class opens on Monday 5th January - perfect for those who are nervous about trying something new. Friendly beginners class. Come down!

What a brilliant first session at our Worthing Ladies Only session!
Meeting some wonderful people and exploring effective self defence.
Some feedback was interesting - members were a little worried it would be fast paced and full of younger people ready to go at them with boxing gloves on - by contrast, its comfortably paced and with like minded beginners having a great time!
