Only Blaze were in action this week and what a tough but enjoyable game it was against the lovely Feathers team 💙

I'm incredibly proud of every single one of you for the effort, resilience and teamwork you showed from start to finish. The result didn't quite go our way, but it was an unlucky loss. We'll take the positives, learn from it and come back even stronger next time 🐉💪🏾

A huge thank you to the rest of our Dragons who came along to support us last night - you beauties! 💙 It really shows what a special club we have and how much being part of the Dragons means to everyone.

We know it can feel a little daunting going somewhere new when you don't know anyone. That's why we have a buddy system at Wxm Dragons NC.

Our friendly buddies will welcome you, partner up with you during training, introduce you to other members and support you throughout your first session, helping you feel comfortable and feel part of the team from the moment you arrive 💙

What a fantastic afternoon we had! A huge thank you to our lovely players, Sarah and Lois, for once again opening up their home and being such wonderful hosts. We know how much hard work goes into organising an event like this and we all really appreciate the time, effort and generosity it took to put it all together for us 💙

It was so lovely to spend time together celebrating Laura E’s early 40th birthday too 👸

We all had an amazing time, filled with laughter plus karaoke 🤪, great company and wonderful memories. Thank you both for making it such a special day! Those who couldn’t make it were missed 💙

Only Blaze played this week due to the weather conditions at the time of Sparks' game.

Fantastic team effort from our Dragons tonight - well done ladies! Great movement through the court and into the goal circle, sharp attacking play and strong defensive pressure that resulted in numerous turnovers. Everyone worked hard for each other, communicated well and played with real determination from start to finish.

This weekend our players are taking part in Pretty Muddy to raise money for a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts.

Last year, one of our coaches, our beautiful Dawn, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her strength and determination inspired us all and we're proud to be taking on this challenge in support of Cancer Research UK.

Sadly, cancer affects so many families, friends and loved ones and statistics show that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every pound donated helps Cancer Research UK continue its vital work, funding research, improving treatments and giving hope to those affected by this disease.
