⚽️ Soccer is back for some of our teams as we return to the fields - Charleston-storm dependent of course(!) - this evening with our MLS Next AD and DPL programs!

🗒️ Led by CSC Technical Director Derek Broadley with the u17s and u13s, our MLS Next staff remains consistent once again with Shilo Tisdale leading the u19s and u16s, Flemming Rasmussen at u15 and Patrick Gundersen at u14!

🗒️ Overseen by CSC Girls Director Meg McCue-Jones, our Girls DPL staff remains consistent once again with Burke Hazard leading the u19s and u14s, Carlos Ortiz at u17s and u13s and Mark Weaver at u16 and u15!

🖤💛 🤝🏻 💙💛 A monstrous victory for the this past Saturday and the next home game is CSC CLUB NIGHT!

⚽️ Always one of the best nights of the Fall season, we can’t wait to in CSC colors, as the Battery host Miami FC in Mt Pleasant!

🤩 All of the matchday experiences, including Dream Team, Ball Kids and Living Flag will once again be available for CSC players, with information to come in the coming days on how to sign up for one of those spots!

☀️ Summer sun sets on a sensational soccer season, as CSC Summer Camps come to a close!

⚽️ Starting with EPL Academy Camp and finishing with Pre-Season Camp, they were the perfect bookends to the truly incredible camps including the Female-Only Camp, GK/Striker Camp and of course the World Cup Summer Day Camps!

📺 Our players got to star on the small screen, thanks to , which was surely a cherry on top of the icing on the cake!

⏳ Now, we count down the timer to Fall! With Coach Education sessions set for the weekend and into next week, as well as a return to the fields for our players coming shortly, we are as excited as ever to get back to it!

⚽️ With the start of the EPL team right around the corner, CSC will once again have a league in Fantasy Premier League!

🆕 After being overtaken by bots last year, we will start a new league and code for everyone to join - details of which we will share soon!

⚽️ Yesterday we posted about the start of the Fall 2026 club season, so it feels only appropriate today to do the same for the youngest players at CSC!

💙💛 Pre-Junior Academy is the best way to introduce your youngest budding soccer players to the club environment!

🏡 All sessions and games take place at your own preferred home facility - South (Daniel Island) or North (Summerville)!

📝 Led by experienced, licensed and qualified coaching staff, players will learn to love the beautiful game and do so with a ball at their feet!

⚽️ The World Cup might be over but that means we are just about ready to get started with Fall Soccer at CSC!

😰 We are only ONE WEEK AWAY from pre-season camp, the best way for all players - regardless of club affiliation - to get themselves ready for the upcoming Fall season!

☀️ The only thing hotter than the Charleston summer is the footwork & skills of the players on the camps!

📝 With our specific preseason curriculum focus, led by the CSC Technical Director, Boys Director and Girls Director in collaboration with our coaching software partner , all sessions will be tailored specifically to the age & level of the respective groups!

📍 Hosted at both CSC Summerville (North) and CSC Daniel Island (South), to hopefully allow families to limit their travel just a bit!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 We are incredibly excited to confirm this Thanksgiving’s trip to England, for our HS-aged Boys & Girls - with Pro11 Sport!

⚽️ A tour focused on soccer, mixed in with education & tourism, there’s no better way to culminate the Fall season than by spending a week in England training, playing and watching the beautiful game!

🏟️ Previous tours to England have included games against Bolton Wanderers, Manchester United, Wrexham, Charlton Athletic; training sessions with the academies at West Ham United, Charlton Athletic, Bolton Wanderers, Liverpool; stadium tours of Old Trafford, Etihad, Anfield; and so much more!

🗣️ The final set of announcements for this week’s Female Only Camp also includes our attending CSC coaches!

🧱 Firstly, Athletic Director at Fort Dorchester and long-time tri-county soccer coach, Taryn Floyd!
Having graduated from Summerville High School and going on to play collegiately at Wingate University, Coach Floyd was named as Head Girls Soccer at Ford D in 2013 and won Region Coach of The Year three times!
Coach Floyd also a legacy brick on the wall at CSC Summerville from her SSC state championship team!

🏟️ Next up is Coach Julie Sammartano. A CSC mom and a HS coach, Coach Sammie is a full time educator at Summerville High School, leading the Green Wave’s PE Dept. and a huge part of why CSC has been able to utilize John McKissick Stadium and SHS Track Field!
Coach Sammie, along with daughter Sage, attended one of the CSC x PRO11 international Spring tours a little over a year ago!

🥇 Michelle Kelleher - a marathon finisher, NCAA DI college coach, HS Athletic Director, Charleston Fleet assistant coach and now returns to CSC as a Select Staff Coach!
Having played collegiately, Michelle went on to Coach at CofC right here in Charleston and has been coaching in the Lowcountry area for more than a decade! In her spare time, she runs marathons for fun (admin doesn’t understand how that is “fun”…?), and has been the only Female Athletic Director in Charleston County School District!

👩‍🏫 Another returning guest who is also on our coaching staff is Rachel Bernard! Part of our North JA staff, Rachel’s day job is working for US Club Soccer leading their coach education and continuing to develop the next wave of coaches!
A mom of two CSC players - a u11 Girl and a u8 Boy - Rachel, along with husband Coach Matt, has been heavily involved in the youth soccer world on both US mainland coastlines having run a club in California prior to their move from West Coast to Best Coast!
