Dressage Judge Stephen Clarke Dies - 1955-2026 - Dressage-News Stephen Clarke, one of the most accomplished and respected dressage judges in the world, has died

What a fabulous day! First time back in the white boards in over a year, and with 3 lovely horses🥰
First up was Lonik, his first tests in over 2 years due to injury, I had to hold back my happy tears! He was brilliant, coming out with 70% & 72%!! And two wins🥇
Nason was next, I was super chuffed with 68.6% 🥇in the medium! Although we have been climbing the levels in training it is always important to check the basics, today was the most rideable test I have done on him🌟
Last, but by no means least! Dinky was an absolute legend and we got 68.2% 🥉 in the medium with a super consistent test and lots more to come😍
Huge thanks to Maisie Sturge for organising a lovely show at Whitegate Farm, and to all who helped (especially Rowan Johnson), watched and own the horses!

2025 - you’ve not been a good year in many ways, and I’ll be glad to see the back of you! It’s been about supporting friends and family through some of the worst times and the best times.

2026 - I look forward to achieving as much as I can, in as many parts of my life!

The most important thing I learnt this year - life is short!
