🚨 CLOSED TODAY — 24TH SEPTEMBER 2026: BURST WATER MAIN.

Unfortunately, we’ve arrived today to find that a water main has burst overnight. The emergency repair works mean that the access road is currently not passable, so we’re unable to open as planned.

We can only apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is completely outside of our control.

At the moment, we don’t have an exact timeframe for the repair, but we’re actively speaking with Hafren Dyfrdwy to get an update on the situation and an estimated timescale for the works.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more and are hopefully able to bring you some good news ahead of the weekend.

With the summer holidays being a bit of a blur, and all of our awesome customers and visitors keeping us busy, we’ve been pretty quiet on the socials… but we’re still here!!!

And this post is nicely timed, as we’re welcoming back our monthly FREE parking tomorrow evening after 5pm! 🙌🏼

It’ll be awesome to see everyone making the most of one of the last light Wednesday evenings of 2026. You’ll be putting the lights back on the bike in no time! 💡🚲

Join Us for the Monthly Sunday Social Trail Run at OPA!
Are you looking for a friendly way to enjoy the trails?

Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or just starting out, our monthly social run is designed for everyone. If you’re comfortable covering 7-10km at a relaxed pace, you’ll fit right in!

This isn’t a high-pressure training session. It’s a pure social gathering.

Our goal is to enjoy the beautiful forest scenery and the company of fellow runners. There are no “beastings” here; it’s all about sharing a chat and a laugh as we navigate the trails together.

We gather on the decking at the center at 9:15 AM for a quick catch-up and route briefing before heading out at 9:30 AM. We typically spend about 90 minutes in the forest, and we always adjust the speed to match the group’s pace. We can’t wait to see you there!

This free session is perfectly tailored for those of you who are just starting your mountain biking journey or simply want to feel more confident on two wheels. Together, we'll master the essentials like body position, braking, and smooth cornering in a supportive environment.

It’s all about having a chilled-out time while picking up new skills and, most importantly, meeting a fantastic community of like-minded riders. We love the social side of the sport, so there's always a chance to grab some delicious food and share stories together after the session!

To ensure everyone gets personalised attention and has the best experience possible, places are limited. Just follow the link to book your spot!
