Pleased to announce we will be running a 6 week introduction to Hyrox from Tuesday 29th September.
Over 6 weeks, you will learn the best way to get the Ergs going, move the sled and hit the wall ball target without the pressure of wondering if you are fit enough for the big classes.
By the end, you’ll feel confident enough to take on our toughest sessions and maybe even take on a Sim.
