And our ladies 3rd team also secured a good win later in the day - a winning Sunday at Rufforth!

Starting this Friday - Cardio is great fitness and lots of fun…just hit and run to the music.
For those wanting to improve their tennis why not try our second session where we work on our technique with a tactical outcome realistic to a game situation!
