Kim is a story of Happenstance. Whilst working in a college as Student support she undertook the Level 6 Certificate in Career Triage interviewing to help her students before having a careers interaction. Kim was a natural careers professional and her observation was so amazing that she changed jobs to work as a Careers Adviser in schools and gained her Level 6 Diploma.
Well done !!

Always a lovely afternoon when the RGG Associates team meet up “in the flesh” for a Christmas celebration. We even had a new recruit- 8 week old Denzel.
As normal we raised a glass to all the RGG alumni, future and current learners .
