Thank you Brafferton Oil Co-operative for helping out saving the Helperby & Brafferton community a good percentage on the general price ! ππ Thank you π
I asked AI to generate a chart showing the difference between the ex-refinery price of heating oil and the average retail price over the past 12 months.
The margin is normally around 10p/litre, yet jumped to an incredible 40.7p/litre when the commodity price spiked in March.
As you'll be aware, Syndicate prices are based on the ex-refinery price plus a fixed amount per litre. We are not affected by these significant increases in the suppliers' margins and generally undercut the average price by some pence per litre.
(The figures used were AI generated from a number of sources, so will be indicative.)
