Join me for a Bungee Fitness workout every Wednesday in Wong Chuk Hang!

The bungee acts as a resistance band and works your entire body whilst absorbing impact. Possibly the most fun you can have working out!

6:15pm and 7:30pm for only $200 in September and October!

Welcome to The Academy of Circus and Theatre Arts!

We had a very exciting and busy summer camp planned this July at '5678 Studios' based in Wong Chuk Hang, however due to current restrictions, we have put our classes on hold.

In the meantime, it would be great to spread the word about our classes, so that we can continue bringing the joy of aerial, circus and theatre to kids of all ages as soon we are able to do so safely!
