I started my Instagram account @kamilaskowera_wbffpro over a year ago to share my fitness life with others. I wanted to show mainly to my friends at that time, that it is not difficult to train and maintain normal lifestyle and social life. I update my followers with everything in relation to my fitness goals - what I eat, what supplements I take and what exercise regime I am currently on! I also have a coach - it holds me accountable! Everyone needs a coach! I strongly believe in flexible dieting. I know how difficult it is to work, look after home and find time for exercising. I am also doing all of those things at the same time!
