We watch the mighty Glasgow Celtic play their games in The Brook House when We are not travelling over. As a C.S.C. We are part of the A.I.C.S.C. and new members are always welcome. On this day in 1994 Tommy Burns becomes Celtic manager.
Tommy delivered Celtics first trophy in 6 years when we won the Scottish cup in 1995 & totally reinvigorated a floundering Celtic side with a new exhilarating style of attacking football.
Many view Tommy as a failure in charge of Celtic...but that's unfair. Smith & Murray were afraid of Tommy & spent bucket loads of đľđ°đ˛ (they didn't actually have)keeping Celtic at bay. The corruption & anti Celtic bias within the SFA also hit an all time high during this period. He had a lot to deal with.
Tommy started something back in 1994... it was difficult to see at the time but he definitely did. R.I.P. Tommy & thank you đđ´ó §ó ˘ó łó Łó ´ó żđ
