We had a fantastic day filled with great tennis, delicious food, plenty of laughs, and the lovely weather was an added bonus! ☀️

A special thank you to our Club Captain, Eileen Channing, for making the day so memorable. It would not have been possible without the incredible support and hard work of our Committee members.

We’d also like to give a big shout-out to everyone who contributed the wonderful food and desserts, and to all those who helped throughout the day. Your enthusiasm, generosity, and support truly made the occasion special.

Well done to Tom and Ebba on winning their doubles final in Kilkenny yesterday, and congratulations to Ebba on also winning her singles final! A huge well done as well to Danny on winning his doubles final.

Congratulations to Alex, Ann, Brandon, and Kristian on reaching their finals. Although the results didn’t go their way, it was a fantastic achievement to get that far and something to be very proud of.

A special congratulations to all Athy Tennis Club members who participated in the event. Representing your club at such a high level and competing so well throughout the tournament was a great achievement in itself. You all contributed to a fantastic showing for Athy Tennis Club and should be very proud of your efforts.

There was some great tennis on show throughout the event, and it was wonderful to see such excellent performances from everyone involved. Well done to all! 🎾👏

A big Happy Birthday to our wonderful and hardworking Club Secretary, Maureen, who celebrated her birthday last weekend! 🎉🎂

She received a lovely surprise after Social Tennis last Thursday evening, which was a fantastic way to keep the celebrations going. Wishing Maureen a year filled with happiness, good health, and plenty of great tennis both on and off the court!

A fantastic win for our Division 2 Ladies against Abbeyleix! Huge congratulations to Eileen, Tetyana, Clare, and Catherine on a brilliant performance. 👏🎾

Unfortunately, they narrowly missed out on the playoffs by just one point — but you all did us proud. Well done, ladies!

Hard luck to our Division 4 Ladies, Emma, Maria, Trish and Deirdre who faced Kilkenny. There were tough matches, great tennis, and plenty of determination, but unfortunately it wasn’t our day.

Well done to everyone involved for a great effort and fantastic team spirit. 💪🎾
