FSM Bray FSM is Bray and Wicklow's Primer Group Training Gym, We specialise in functional movement and weight loss. We get it! We really do.

We are Ireland's leading kids fitness programme for ages 4-12 uears FSM’s primary goal is to help people understand that health and fitness is a Lifestyle, a Journey and one that should be enjoyed. Life can be hard, with work, family, social obligations, this can lead to you becoming stressed. You find you’re not as active, you’re eating habits go astray and before you know it you have gained weight and you are not as fit as you used to be. What makes FSM and the results we get with our members different? We care about the journey YOU are on. The challenges you face to change your body and mind to become Fitter, Stronger and Happier in yourself.

What a day with the FSM crew! 💪🔥

A massive thank you to Anna, Patrick and Aine at The Stables in Gorey for looking after us today. A brilliant setup, plenty of laughs, a bit of hard work and some great team challenges along the way!

A special thank you to our very own Mary, who organised the whole thing and made it happen. Really appreciate it, Mary! 👏

Days like today are what FSM is all about. Yes, we train hard together, but it's the people, the friendships, the laughs and the community we've built that make it something special.

Already looking forward to planning next year's excursion! 🙌

For those staying over tonight, enjoy yourselves, have a great night and try not to be too rough on yourselves! 😂🍻

Jim is an OG at FSM, one of a kind. Although Jim probably has double or triple that amount of sessions at FSM, we honour peoples attendance since we reopened from the last COVID lockdown.
