Day 2 of FORM celebrations 🥳 What a weekend!

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us this weekend, and to every single person who has joined us for a class over the past year. As cliché as it sounds, we really wouldn’t be here without you showing up and supporting FORM, and we are so grateful 🙏🏻

A special thank you to PBL | Pilates by Lorns for joining us as our guest instructor for an amazing Mat Pilates class yesterday morning. Such a lovely way to celebrate one year!

And a big thank you to all of our FORM instructors who have been part of the studio over the past year and helped make it what it is today 🤍

Lastly, thank you to everyone who booked a class this weekend and helped us raise money for such a special cause. All class proceeds will be donated to Sunflower Children’s Hospice 🌻

Here’s to many more years of movement 🫶🏻

Shoulder stability doesn’t get talked about as much as core strength, but it’s just as important in terms of how you move through everyday life.

Here are four moves to build control and strength through the shoulders.

Pilates is about slow and intentional movement.

Every move has a purpose…building strength through control, not just effort. That’s why it feels different to other workouts.

Our third Wellness Retreat is already approaching…

Join us at Form Studio on Sunday, July 12th from 10am–3pm for a day dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and giving yourself the space to simply be.

I love collaborating with Ciara to create these experiences, and we’re so excited to welcome another wonderful group into the space. 🤍

If you’re thinking of joining us, see the link in bio to secure your place.

A conversation with a client today got me thinking about balance and how important it is to keep challenging it as we move through life.

The good news? Balance is a skill we can train at any age. Pilates is a great way to build stability, body awareness and confidence in movement, both in and out of the studio.
