While Summer fades into Autumn at Dunmore House, the kitchen is moving at full pace. This is the behind the scenes of late August: prepping, organising, setting and getting everything ready our Adrift Restaurant dinner service!

And there is another kitchen running alongside this too! As casual dining gets underway on one side, the team is simultaneously preparing for what is to come on the other. A beautifully organised kind of chaos, where timing, precision and teamwork make all the difference. Every second counts.

Many a celebration has been held in this special ballroom, overlooking the Wild Atlantic Way. For weddings, it is where we serve dinner to our guests, have speeches, dancing, music and more!

The chandelier has been here since we opened this space in the 1960s!
