Ended the session up on stage teaching our DanceFit routine to ‘Level Up’ which went down very well 😆

It seems the weather has gotten the better of us this evening for Pilates On The Beach 🙈🌧️

We’ll be rescheduling our session to tomorrow evening - same time/location. Hope to see you there 🙂

We had our final dance session with Ilen river playschool skibbereen this week.

It was great to be back - thank you to all the students and staff for the warm welcomes and fab dancing 💃🏻🕺🏽
