Lately we have been working on the Importance of the Vagus nerve. Positioned from the brainstem branching into most of the internal organs.
The command center of mind body connection.
Sending signals back and forth controlling heart beat
Blood pressure, Breathing and circulation.
Yoga = union 🙏

From passive practice.

Medatation is a huge part of my Yoga practice. Like everything it takes persistents and patience.
Just a few minutes each day will creat a good foundation.
Resulting in a calmer happier YOU.

I will be starting back my Yoga classes in the second week in January due to having contracted Covid.It hasn't been to bad for me .Just want to make sure I don't pass onto anyone.
I'm always researching studying the Art of yoga and translating it into my classes.
