Some photos from the National Colour Belt Seminar which was hosted by watergrasshill_tkd Taekwon-Do School and conducted by Master Stephen Doyle VIII Dan. The seminar focused on the composition of Taekwon-Do (Fundamental Movements, Patterns, Sparring, Conditioning and Self Defence) plus history and moral culture. Master Doyle went through the whole colour belt syllabus and answered any questions the students had. A big thank you to all those who attended, Master O’Doherty for hosting and Master Doyle Taekwon-Do for conducting.

The RITA are proud to announce that Grand Master Francis Barrett will conduct an International Instructor Course and International Technical Seminar on 3rd & 4th October 2026.

On behalf of the RITA Tournament Committee, we are pleased to invite you to the RITA Irish Open 2026, taking place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. at the Athlone International Arena, Technological University of the Shannon – Midlands Midwest Athlone Campus, University Road, Bunnavally, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 A3W4, Ireland.

All tournament entries must be completed exclusively via the Kihapp website by the School Instructor. The registration deadline is Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM (GMT).
