Huge Congrats to Arnadeep & Anishka who were successfully promoted to Yellow Belt and to Amar achieving his green tag, very well done, great buzz in St Mark’s as Grandmaster Keane very proudly presented the students with their RITA Grading Certificate, belts and tags.
Continuous training with lots of practice at home gives welcomed results.

Today 27th May we celebrate the official founding of the Republic of Ireland Taekwon-Do Association in 1972 by First Grand Master Ki Ha Rhee. Over the past 54 years we have thought the Art in an unbroken line directly from General Choi Hong Hi. Happy Birthday RITA!
