Massive well done to the crew for taking on the TRYKA challenge. There’s a fine line between "What was I thinking?" and "I can’t wait for the next one," and i think everyone is going back for me.

The best part? Seeing everyone support each other. That’s what this studio is all about.

Building a business isn’t a solo mission, it’s a family one. I personally teach 36 classes a week while also running the actual business itself inbetween classes while of course juggling 2 kids & a wife at home. does a great job holding everything together.

has jumped into teaching 16 classes a week while also having 2 kids at home. She's in charge of the run club & she's the fuel coach for our 8 week weight loss programme. Big help in growing the business.

The studio itself has hit its targets for several months now. How?

Our Members are so loyal that 70% have been with us for 2 years or more & this year alone we have gained 22 new recurring members without any additional ad spend.

The coaches. Myself & Sarah pulling in the same direction. James steps in when he can but the focus is 100% on the studio & our members.

Hopefully April is much the same again!!

​The Beat the Clock Interval AMRAP.
​⏱️ 20 Minutes Total
🔄 2 Minute Intervals (Goal: 10 Rounds)
​8 Dumbbell Incline Press
​10 Burpees
​12 Wall Balls

​The Rule is you Complete all three movements as fast as possible inside that 2 minute window. Whatever time is left? That’s your only rest before the next round starts. 💨

​Sarah’s journey is one so many of our members can relate to. Two years ago, she decided to turn her passion into her profession, officially getting qualified and then joining the team in Oct 25.

​As a busy mom of two, Sarah knows the "mom juggle" better than anyone. But she doesn't just manage the chaos, she thrives in it. On top of coaching and parenting, she is currently deep in prep for a Bodybuilding Show! 🏆💪
