⚠️STOLEN ROWING BOAT⚠️
Can all in the rowing community keep a look out for this fisa quad rowing boat that was stolen from Wicklow Rowing Club last night. Contact the Gardai with any information. We all know how hard it is to raise the funds for a boat like this. Awful to think people can stoop so low.

Only 3 days to go until the Round Rockabill Rowing Race 2026. Crews all training hard getting in the last few sessions on the water. Come down to South Strand Skerries at 12 noon to watch the crews head off for Rockabill. We look forward to welcoming all our visiting clubs and crews.

It is with great shock and sadness we learned of the passing of Keith Gilbride yesterday. Keith was an active club member, who rowed and coxed with Skerries Rowing Club and completed the Round Rockabill Rowing Race twice and was always on hand to help with maintenance and club tasks. He always had a smile and a sense of mischief. As a club we wish to send our sincere condolences to his wife Aileen, children Sam, Darragh and Niamh, brothers Shaun, David and Diarmuid and his many family and friends. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
