🚲 Learn to Cycle programme with Kildare Sports Partnership 🚲

This cycling course for children and teenagers with additional needs will be taking place indoors at the ARCH in Athy this September and October.

ℹ️ This six week programme begins on Monday 14 September and costs €30. The course is aligned to Cycle Right, the National Standard for Cycle Training in Ireland, and is delivered by myself a qualified trainer.

FINALLY beat 😂

This photo is just after I passed Karl on Stage 4 at Ard Rock… and honestly, it might be one of my proudest racing moments! 😂

Over six stages. ONE SECOND! 😂

After all the races where Karl has beaten me, I think I was actually happier beating him than getting on the podium!

I’m absolutely going to frame this result and put it somewhere I can see it every day. And don’t worry Karl, I’ll get you a copy too…. 😂😂

Practice days at the on the Isle of Man ✔️

I made it down all the stages in practice, but it definitely wasn't pretty! My head got the better of me, so I decided to sit Sunday's race out.

Without a doubt the toughest enduro I've ever entered, 4 of the 6 stages felt more like downhill tracks! Huge credit to the organisers for an incredible event. If you're looking for a real challenge, I'd highly recommend adding this one to your list.

Massive congratulations to Joe Bergin on an impressive 2nd place in the 60+ e-bike category! 👏🔥💃

What a weekend at ARD ROCK

Two days of racing and I ended up on the podium twice.

🥉 3rd - Enduro Women Vet 🚲 (Saturday)
🥉 3rd - E-bike Women Vet 🚲⚡️ (Sunday)

I somehow managed to turn up 50 minutes late for the prize giving, so I got my own solo podium presentation! 😂

I'd 100% recommend Ard Rock to anyone, it's such a class event and I'll definitely be back. Thanks to everyone who made it such an amazing weekend! 🇮🇪
