🏀 A winning start for our U18 D2 boys! 🧡🖤

Our U18 D2 boys got their season underway today with a friendly against Ongar Chasers D1, and what a game it was from start to finish!

The lads put in a fantastic performance to come away with a great win, getting some valuable game time under their belts ahead of next week’s trip to Cork for the Michael Heffernan Tournament.

A huge thank you to Ongar Chasers for making the trip over. 👏

🇮🇪🏀 A proud day for our Killester representatives! 🧡🖤

Congratulations to Catriona White, Siobhan Kennedy, Lindsay Peat, Neil Curran and Jerome Westbrooks, who were in attendance yesterday to collect their Ireland caps at the Basketball Ireland Masters Caps Ceremony.

The five were part of the Irish Masters teams who travelled to Greece earlier this summer to compete at the inaugural FIBA Masters Open, proudly representing Ireland on the international stage.

A fantastic achievement and a special moment to mark their contribution. Congratulations all! ☘️🏀🧡🖤

A huge congratulations to Karl Kilbride, Head Coach of the Ireland U20 Women, Amy Elliott, who represented the Ireland U17 team, and Sorcha Kelly, Ciara Zurawska and Tade Ademokun, who represented the Ireland U16 team, on collecting their Ireland caps today.

A very special congratulations to Sorcha Kelly, who was also named Ireland U16 Women’s Player of the Year. 🏆👏

It’s fantastic to see so many members of the Killester family recognised for their contribution to Irish basketball. We are incredibly proud of you all.
