๐Ÿ€๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ–ค We might be a little biased, but we think weโ€™ve got the best club in the country!

We put together a little video to say a BIG thank you to all our amazing players for being part of the Killester family. Youโ€™re what makes our club so special! ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ–ค

Now, anyone who saw our Instagram post yesterday might have noticed a little hiccupโ€ฆ we somehow managed to leave out TWO of our brilliant teams! ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚

We said we were the best club, not the most organised! ๐Ÿคฃ

So hereโ€™s the new and improved version (hopefully! ๐Ÿ‘€).

Every team, every player. No one left behind! ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ€

Hope you enjoy it !

Another Win for Our U16 D1 Boys! ๐Ÿ€

Our U16(1) boys picked up a fantastic 69โ€“57 road win over NEIC Trojans on Saturday! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

After a competitive first half, the lads stepped it up in the third quarter to take control and close out the game in style.

Another great team performance as the boys continue to build momentum in Division 1! ๐Ÿ‘

Well done to all the lads and coaches! ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ–ค

It was Round 3 of the league on Saturday night and this photographer finally got to a game! Our MSL team travelled to play St Vincent's Basketball Club for a Dublin Derby.

Our new look team were all togged out in their very smart new season kit from O'Neills Sportswear - Thank you so much!

This game ran very long with lot's of stoppages for technical reasons and an injury, but it was a game that saw quarter by quarter swings, but Killester did manage a 15 point lead that was reduced to 1 point in the longest last 5 mins of any game I can remember. The game took 2hrs and 20mins from start to end to play with a 3 out of 3 game win. Final Score Killester 91 - 89 St. Vincents. Swish AI says "the game was won with timely runs, heavy use of the free-throw line at crucial moment, and a fourth-quarter sequence that gave us enough separation to withstand the St. Vincent's comeback."

At the end of Q4, Colm O'Reilly went down badly when dunking and he needed medical assistance - Happy to report he was discharged from hospital and doing well.

Top points to Matt McGrath with 17 points, Josh Wilson 15 Points and Stefan Desnica with 15 Points.

๐Ÿ€ Killester SuperLeague Player Update

A little update from our Menโ€™s Super League squad !

Will Thomas has experienced a recent health setback, which means heโ€™ll be taking some time away from the court.

The good news is that Will is doing well and will be heading home for a short period to focus on his recovery before returning to Killester very soon.

Weโ€™re wishing Will all the very best over the coming weeks and really looking forward to welcoming him back to the squad and seeing him in a Killester jersey again soon!
