Huge congratulations to Tomas Fitzpatrick on a superb sub 2:30 in the Berlin marathon yesterday. 7th M45 in such a deep field is a fantastic result.

Tallaght AC is delighted to announce a new partnership with MAK Group

A new sponsorship agreement has been finalised with MAK Group. MAK have strong Tallaght roots and we are delighted to have them supporting our community club.

A spokesperson for MAK Group said:
“The MAK Group is a family-owned Irish business with strong roots in Tallaght, where the company was established in 1981. More than 45 years later, while the wider MAK Group now operates internationally, Tallaght remains home to our Irish headquarters and an important part of who we are.
We are delighted to partner with Tallaght Athletics Club and support the continued development of a club that plays such an important role in the local community. As a business that grew from Tallaght ourselves, it is particularly meaningful to have the opportunity to give something back locally and support the club, its athletes, coaches and members.
We would like to thank everyone at Tallaght AC for the opportunity and look forward to working together over the coming years.”

The partnership with MAK will help us to invest in improved equipment and facilities for all of our members. The support of local businesses like MAK is critical to the ongoing success of the Club as we strive to improve our facilities and expand our membership.

5th for Rhasidat! 👏

A strong run from Adeleke saw her finish just outside of the automatic qualification spots for the women's 200m final! 🤏
