How to do these exercises:
• Start with 1–3 sets of 10-15 reps
• Move slowly and with control
• Do not hold your breath
• Keep your body relaxed — avoid unnecessary tension
• Gradually increase according to your comfort and strength
• Stop if you feel pain, pressure or discomfort
Give your body time. Progress comes with consistency.
