Here’s what I ACTUALLY think about strength training for women.
💪🏾It is the ONLY way to live a quality life for as long as you live in this world!
💪🏾Lifting weights prepares you for the later phases in your life- by adding quality to your muscle mass, safety to your daily activities, health to your bones and joints, and finally, makes you mentally and physically strong.
💪🏾 Whatever age you’re in, as a woman, there’s always a next phase. So, start lifting weights as early as you can.
💪🏾 Spaces like create a safe environment for women to workout in and build strong communities that help them grow further. Women supporting fellow women is the best motivation you can ask for.
💪🏾Also, there are many experienced and certified female coaches like me, who have transformed their bodies (and therefore their lives) and are ready to help you discovering your REAL strength.
💪🏾As a woman, you’re already strong. All you need to do is work on getting stronger to live healthier and happier.
Strength is for all. Strength for women is mandatory.

A common misconception in eating healthy is that “you need to buy expensive vegetables to suit the meal plan”.
Well, not necessarily. Eating local and seasonally available vegetables can help you to a large extent. For example, a whole lot of watery vegetables are available during summer. They are not only low in calories, but also carry dense nutrients.
Here are 5 vegetables that are usually available through the year:
1. Cucumber
2. White pumpkin/ash gourd
3. Bottle gourd
4. Radish
5. Ridge gourd
All are watery vegetables and are local. So, the next time someone tells to that you’ll burn your pocket by cooking a healthy veg meal, educate them!
