THE TT HALLOWEEN CIRCUS!🤡🎪

Our Halloween Circus rolled into TT this morning, and what a brilliant turnout it was!🔥

From creepy clowns and killer dolls to Mini Spider-Man and the ringmaster himself… you lot certainly understood the assignment!👏

A morning full of movement, laughter, fancy dress and plenty of questionable characters!💪🤣

This is what TT is all about

So much more than just a gym…

A community of amazing people who don’t take themselves too seriously!🫶🏻

Thanks to everyone who came along and made this morning so much fun 💛

A big shout out to The Events Edits for the decor 😍 and to our Cheryl, for winning best dressed and a FREE month’s membership!👌

Plenty of training, laughs, good food and time together away from the usual sessions.

This community has been a huge part of what’s made 2026 such a special year for us, so we’re looking forward to finishing it properly.

Let’s finish the year strong, Together 💪🏽

We were so fortunate to have our incredible member, Julia, share her World Record journey with us on Saturday 🚣‍♀️🏆

Her story is a true testament to courage, resilience, and the power of the body, mind, and teamwork. It’s the kind of story that challenges perspectives and reminds us what’s possible when we refuse to give up.

But her journey goes far beyond setting a World Record. It was driven by a much deeper purpose: to raise awareness of and help fight human trafficking - a cause Julia continues to champion every day.

Thank you, Julia, for your wisdom, vulnerability, and inspiration. We are so grateful 🫶🏻✨

Another unforgettable TT Games event on Saturday! 🥳

A bi-annual event where we celebrate our members strength and fitness, swap the Sonos for a live DJ, and bring in some outdoor catering in to top things off 🏋️🎶💃

We feel this was our smoothest ran games event to date, and we’re already counting down the days until our next one ☝️

A special thank you to everyone that made the TT Games 4.0 happen:

• Our dedicated coaching team, who all share the same vision

• Our members, for pushing themselves outside their comfort zone and for supporting their team mates every step of the way

• Our special guest DJ and local legend Ben Newman for bringing the bangers

• 2 Tasty cafe, for providing us with some incredibly tasty açai bowls and protein shakes

• Sof, for her commitment to baking up the best banana bread ever

• Max, for the beautiful snaps

TT is so much more than just another place to train

It’s a community of people showing up daily to be one percent better — for themselves and those around them 💪🏽

We’re so grateful for every single one of them 🥰

Onto the next one…

Before TT, Robbie wasn’t exercising, felt unfit and was tired all the time 😴

He decided that 2026 was going to be the year he changed that - and our 30 Day Challenge felt like the perfect place to start 💪

In just 30 days, Robbie achieved some incredible results, building healthier habits, improving his fitness and feeling more energised day to day 🙌

After seeing what he could achieve in his first month, he signed up as a full time member so he could keep progressing with his health and fitness 💙

Here’s what Robbie had to say shortly after completing his initial programme with us 💪🏽

If you’ve been thinking about making a change, this is your sign 👊

Start with 30 days and see what you can achieve 🚀
