We’d like to sincerely apologise for yesterday’s course error, which resulted in the route being approximately 5.5km rather than 5km.

The results will stand as recorded, and we’ve already introduced additional checks to prevent this happening again.

Corporate Cup Race 4 is here.

We’re back on the waterfront today as the series enters the business end, with every point becoming increasingly important in the battle for the team standings.

Please arrive in good time and make sure you listen to the pre-race briefing, as it covers the course and a few important reminders.

Good luck to everyone racing today. If you’re working nearby, come down and cheer the runners on—it’s always a brilliant atmosphere.

Mandatory Kit Reminder 🏃‍♂️🎒

With Round the Rock just two weeks away, now is a good time to check your kit and make sure you have everything you’ll need on race day.

Remember, mandatory kit checks may be carried out before the start or during the event, and runners without the required kit will not be permitted to start.

If you’re missing anything, our friends at in Liberty Wharf have everything you need, from trail shoes and hydration vests to waterproof jackets, soft flasks, nutrition and other race essentials.

A few key reminders:

✅ Waterproof jacket
✅ Hydration (minimum as specified for your distance)
✅ Foil blanket
✅ Charged mobile phone
✅ Whistle
✅ Long sleeve layer
✅ Nutrition

What a night. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came along to Race 1 of the CaféJac Summer Trail Series.

The weather certainly turned up! It was a hot evening, but the atmosphere was exactly what we’d hoped for. So many runners arrived early, stayed afterwards, chatted over tea and cake, and really embraced the whole Friday night trail concept.

That’s exactly what this series is about.

A huge thank you to St Ouen’s Manor for allowing us to use such a special venue, to CaféJac for supporting the series, and to our amazing team of volunteers who made the evening run so smoothly.

We’re already looking forward to Race 2 at Hamptonne on Friday 21st August, and there are still a few places available if you’d like to join us.

If Friday has whetted your appetite for more trail running, entries are also open for the Autumn Trail Series and the Beast of the East this October.
