Brazilian dance artist, teacher, and choreographer Fernando Lima is internationally recognized for his powerful fusion of jazz technique, expressive movement, and theatrical performance. Founder of Companhia de Dança Fernando Lima, he has taught workshops and festivals across Latin America and Europe, inspiring dancers with his dynamic artistic vision.

Artiste, professeur et chorégraphe brésilien, Fernando Lima est reconnu internationalement pour sa fusion puissante entre technique jazz, mouvement expressif et performance théâtrale. Fondateur de la Companhia de Dança Fernando Lima, il enseigne lors de workshops et festivals à travers l’Amérique latine et l’Europe, inspirant les danseurs grâce à sa vision artistique dynamique.

D’un petit studio naît une vision… portée par la passion, l’exigence et un profond amour pour l’enseignement.

Ce qui n’était au départ qu’un rêve humble devient un lieu vivant, construit autour de la danse, de l’amour, du partage et de l’énergie.

Aujourd’hui, dirigée par sa fille Cathy Moes, qui a suivi toute sa formation au sein de l’école avant de partir à New York pour y obtenir son diplôme professionnel, l’école poursuit son évolution et réunit une belle communauté de danseurs guidés par des professeurs passionnés, talentueux et engagés.

Une histoire qui traverse le temps, inspire et relie les générations à travers la danse.

Today, directed by her daughter Cathy Moes, who completed her dance training at this school before moving to New York to earn her professional teaching diploma, the school continues to evolve and brings together a thriving community of dancers guided by passionate, talented, and dedicated teachers.
