Final comments for closing of season from the president.

Dear all,

I’m writing this message to those who truly have this club at heart. I’ve been here for several years now, doing my best to help keep the club’s doors open. However, the time has come for us to look ahead.

We need to come together, unite, and push this club forward. I have served in this role because circumstances required it, but as I’ve always said, I am not here for any title or position—I am here for one purpose only: the club.

I am appealing to everyone—please come forward and contribute. No matter the role or position, what matters is that we work together for the same goal. I am also ready to make space for the right candidate if someone steps up, because my commitment has always been to serve the club.

Now more than ever, we need to put in the groundwork, encourage others to get involved, and build a strong team that can make this club successful again.

🇬🇧 This season was a disappointment for all of us. What is sure that every decision we made was done with honesty and in good faith. We truly believed we were building something stronger than last year—but in football, sometimes the formula just doesn’t work.

That said, not everything was negative. We are proud to have achieved promotion with our minors to Section C, and we are committed to investing further in them so they can continue to push higher.

If we all want to see this club grow, we need everyone behind us. Come and be part of it—give some of your time and support. The club is growing in every aspect, not just at senior level, but also within our minors and nursery. To keep moving forward, we need more help.

Important work is also happening behind the scenes. We have signed an agreement with the local council for the 5-a-side pitch, and we are currently waiting for the installation of the lighting system. In addition, the dressing rooms near the training ground are in progress. Even if you don’t always see it, progress is being made.

We all know that a club exists to achieve success—and we will not rest until we get there.

Come and join us so we can all be part of something bigger next season.
