At Blue Iris Intervention Centre, our Academic Tutoring service is designed specifically for neurodivergent children and adolescents who may struggle to keep up with the school curriculum.

Sessions are provided 1:1 by qualified and experience teachers and/or LSEs trained in disabilities and behaviour management, under the supervision of a Behaviour Analyst.

Because learning should be adapted to the child, not the other way around. 💙

We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Tutors to join our program!

If you’re passionate about supporting children and young people and making a meaningful impact over the summer, we’d love to hear from you.

Who Should Apply?
✅ LSEs (Learning Support Educators)
✅ Teachers
✅ Individuals with experience in a similar or related field
(e.g., education, behavioural support, youth work, special education, therapy support)
✅ Individuals with a minimum degree level in Psychology, Education and/Inclusion

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• Relevant qualifications or hands-on experience is preferred
