Ms Soh: I'm not sure how much I've grown, but I can definitely tell I've gotten taller since I can no longer stand up straight in the store cabin now.

Proper stretching promotes height; in essence, it aligns posture, relieves pressure on cartilage discs, leads to greater mobility, and alleviates pain. stretching helps relax muscles to optimize alignment. All of these factors can contribute to a taller appearance.

Ms Soh joined me as a beginner, she is progressing and now towards challenging poses.

I started these classes from my love for yoga and the incredible benefits it brings to our bodies and minds.

Small class sizes ensure quality instruction. I conduct my classes based on the participants in the class. There is no need for concern; I will provide variations suitable for beginners, tailored learning plan that aligns with your individual goals and preferences.
