Once scanned, your name and checkpoint arrival time will automatically be recorded and displayed on the website. ⏱️

How to self check-in:

🚨 BRM1000 UPDATE – THIS WEEKEND

Dear BRM1000 Randonneurs,

As many major events have already been postponed due to the current hazy conditions, we understand that everyone may have different concerns and comfort levels.

We leave the decision entirely to you.

We have contacted most of our registered riders, and the majority have decided to continue their BRM1000 journey this weekend.

For those who choose to ride, we will be there to support you and all the planned checkpoints and arrangements will proceed as scheduled.

However, if you feel that the current conditions are not suitable for you, you may choose to skip this weekend and ride on another weekend when the weather improves.

Hopefully, the weather conditions will improve soon and you can complete earlier so that we could submit your results to ACP asap to obtain homologation numbers for all.

As you know, when the crowd gets big, even our crew can sometimes miss you at the finish line 😅 — or maybe you were so excited to finish that you forgot to come and scan for your timing! 😂

If you find that your BRM result is missing, please WhatsApp Ryna at 010-338 8185.

We’ll still help you get your result submitted to ACP. 👍

Most importantly, both CP3 and CP5 will provide a place for you to shower, freshen up and change clothes before continuing your journey.

🧳 Bag Drop will also be available at these checkpoints, so you can arrange to have your personal items/clothes waiting for you when you arrive.

🛏️ Overnight sleeping facilities will be provided for riders who need to rest.

Beds are first come, first served. The earlier riders will get to use the available beds, while later arrivals can take over the room as riders leave.

Whether the ride is postponed or goes ahead, we need time to make the necessary arrangements — including customising the NFC medal for every rider and conducting test runs for the checkpoint system.

AUDAX MALAYSIA BRM1000 — WEATHER & SAFETY UPDATE

Dear Randonneurs,

We understand that you have already made travel arrangements and all preparations for Audax BRM1000 — Road to Paris 2027.

At this point, the event remains ON as scheduled. We will continue to monitor the haze conditions and weather as we approach the event date. If the haze conditions improve or remain at an acceptable level, the ride will proceed as planned.

However, IF closer to the event date the haze becomes severe enough to present a genuine safety risk to riders, we will then announce a postponement. Riders who are unable to attend the revised date may choose to complete the BRM1000 route on another date in September, subject to safe riding conditions, then submit your Strava result to us for verification and consideration.

For now, there is **no postponement**.

Please continue with your preparations as planned, and we will keep everyone updated should there be any significant change in conditions.
