WHAT TO EXPECT | PARKING & ARRIVAL

Heading to Gallina for MXoAN 2026? A little preparation will make getting into the event much quicker and easier.

BEAT THE RUSH
✔ The first riding starts at 07:20 on both Saturday and Sunday, so we recommend arriving early.
✔ Give yourself enough time to park, get through the entrance and find your viewing spot before the action starts.

PARKING
✔ Parking will be around Gallina and not inside the venue as with previous races. Please follow the parking signage on arrival.
✔ Please park only in the designated parking areas.
✔ Security will be present, but please still be vigilant. Lock your vehicle and don’t leave valuables visible inside.
✔ Please don’t block entrances, access roads or other vehicles.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE ENTRANCE
✔ Have your ticket ready to be scanned. Having it open and ready on your phone will help keep the queue moving.
✔ Once your ticket has been scanned, you’ll receive your event armband for access.
✔ Haven’t bought your ticket yet? We strongly recommend purchasing online before you arrive to avoid longer queues at the entrance.

Then settle in because the first bikes hit the track at 07:20!

WHAT TO EXPECT | HELP US KEEP GALLINA CLEAN

MXoAN 2026 is about incredible racing, but it’s also about respecting the place we get to race.

As part of the FIM Africa sustainability initiative, we’re asking every rider, team and spectator to help us look after Gallina throughout the weekend.

DO YOUR PART
✔ Please use the bins provided throughout the venue and dispose of your waste responsibly
✔ Where different bins are provided for different types of waste, please use the correct bin
✔ Don’t leave bottles, cans, food packaging or other rubbish around spectator areas or along the track
✔ If you bring it in, make sure it either goes home with you or into the appropriate bin
✔ Please respect the track, surrounding land and facilities throughout the weekend

RIDE GREEN
And keep an eye out for Ross Branch, who will be joining us at Gallina in his role as FIM Africa Sustainability Ambassador.

Ross will be helping us champion the Ride Green message and remind us that enjoying motorsport and looking after the environment can go hand in hand.

Thousands of people will pass through Gallina over the MXoAN weekend. If every one of us does our small part, it makes a very big difference.

💳 WHAT TO EXPECT | CASH, CARD & CASHLESS PAYMENTS

Heading to Gallina for MXoAN 2026? Here’s what you need to know about paying for food and drinks over this weekend.

FOOD VENDORS
✔ Food vendors will accept cash.
✔ Some vendors may also offer card payments, but card facilities are not guaranteed at every vendor.
✔ We strongly recommend bringing enough cash for food and refreshments to avoid any problems on the day.

BAR FACILITIES
✔ The bar will operate on a cashless card system.
✔ You’ll receive a physical cashless card which you can load with credit at the designated top-up stations at Gallina.
✔ Need more credit? Simply top up your card again during the event.
✔ Use your cashless card to purchase drinks from the bar throughout the weekend.

WHAT ABOUT MONEY LEFT ON YOUR CARD?
✔ If you still have credit remaining, visit the cashless help desk before the event ends.
✔ Your unused balance can be refunded in cash on the spot.

So, the easiest plan for the weekend?

Bring some cash for the food vendors, keep your bank card handy, and use your cashless card at the bar.

Then you’re sorted.
