Im an actor with 20 plus years experience but Im not famous
An assault and concussion forced me to reevaluate my life as I was heading for burnout 🔥

I’m a trauma informed yoga teacher and I’ve lived my own training though the assault experience.

I’m not a 25 year old life coach - I have done pretty good life experience to share with you so stay for the ride 😍

Nobody’s buying, and you’ve decided you’re bad at sales.

You’re not. You have an incredible offer ready to share with the world. BUT You’re nervous system has decided you need to play it small to stay safe.

At school the rule was simple. Prepare hard, get it right, stay safe. Then you started a business and nobody set the task or marked the work. So you record the video nineteen times and delete it. Or you freeze on the call and say “let me send you some more information”.

That’s not laziness. That’s a nervous system doing its job a bit too well.

Over 20 years as an actor, plus trauma informed yoga training. I know what happens in your body when the light goes on.

So which kid were you? Mucker-about, or like me extra homework that wasn’t even required 🤦‍♀️
