Selwyn Netball Centre is incredibly proud to share that our very own umpire, Rebecca Davis, has been selected to officiate at the 2026 NNZ U18 Championships 👏
Rebecca’s selection is a true reflection of the hard mahi, commitment, and outstanding potential she has consistently demonstrated within our local centre and across Zone environments.
The NNZ U18 Championships are a key milestone on the national umpire pathway. Just like the athletes and coaches attending, this tournament provides an invaluable opportunity for growth, development, and learning within a national tournament setting.
For umpires, it’s a chance to further refine their skills, gain experience under tournament pressure, receive meaningful coaching and feedback, and take another important step forward in their officiating journey.

It's awesome to see so many young umpires out there giving it their all, building confidence, and growing their skills each week. These awards recognise not just ability, but effort, attitude, and a willingness to learn and be part of our netball community.

Promotion/Relegation Reminder 🏐
At the last Club Collective meeting, it was mutually agreed that all teams will play during Promotion/Relegation week, regardless of whether they are challenging or defending their position.
This approach supports fairness across the competition and ensures all teams have equal opportunities to get on court and enjoy as many games as possible throughout the season 🙌
