Hi everyone, I just wanted to pop in here and ask who is helping horses in New Zealand, so many horror stories online at the moment and no one knows who to call, spca can not help or if its to hard just wont help , MPI will only help if there is alot of horses in needs, so who is helping? who do you turn to? if you post online asking for help you get slammed by the horsey world if you do nothing you are slammed for standing by, who do we ask for help???????
