Results from the weekend, Div Two bring a hard fought point home from Te Anau, while Div 3 ended up with Saturday off as Southend unfortunately couldn't field a side ⚫️🔴

Senior wrap up from Saturday, both Div 2&3 booking their spots in league cup semis 👏🏻🔴⚫️

Match report - 10th Grade team Beckhams

For the Beckhams final 10th grade game they came up against their fiercest opponents...the parents.

The most anticipated (by the kids) and challenging rivals of the year. Southland threw freezing temperatures and snow at us, but the game went on (because we breed them tough in Eastern Southland).

The parents struck twice with the first two goals, but as they started to feel more confident and comfortable, and the snow began to turn to slippery slush, the kids struck back.

The second half saw both teams going tit for tat alongside parents trying not to overly injure themselves and two kids being squashed by falling parents.

The end result kept all those who are politically correct happy...with a 4 - 4 draw and no parents needing a physio.
