Join us every Tuesday night during daylight savings for a 5k run or walk along the Waikato river path. Register at The Cook from 5:30pm. Come and have a go!
Hamilton City Hawks Road and XC members $7, Community Members $8. Your entry fee includes a beverage post-run. Register from 5:30pm onwards for a 6pm start. The route is an out and back along the river path. Check it out here: https://www.strava.com/segments/8614647

5:40 at the Gallagher Hockey grounds next to the lake.

Reminder that if you are running Huntly Half Marathon this sunday that tomorrow you can still pick up your race pack early from two locations.
Hmmmm last week we were told grass but according to the boss , tonights speed training session is Ruakiwi hills x12
