Team Spotlight: U11 Kings 🤴🏻

Coached by Rob, with Jordan as the assistant, the U11 Kings are an energetic group of players who well and truly love their football. They are a 10 strong team full of energy and some big personality. They all love a decent contest on the pitch and don’t shy away from challenging games.

The Kings have been a team since first kicks! Levi, Leith, Carter, Toby and Morgan are all initial squad members and have been joined over the years by James, Harrison, Dylan, Marlum and this year Jackson. There are some real football die hards amongst them who play footy every chance they get.

You will often find the Kings players making use of their lunchtimes with a ball at their feet in their respective schools. Spread across four schools they still come together and have an excellent team energy for their team and club.

Each weekend they work hard for each other. They are encouraging, supportive, competitive and skilful. They show great respect to the opposition and to each other, always winning and losing as a team and lifting each other up when things don’t go to plan. They celebrate each other’s goals as much as their own and show great respect for the game. Most of all they have fun and end the game with big smiles all around.
