Fight week whanau We heading down to poneke as we got one of our toughest fighters in Dion King 1st time representing 1HQ fighting a tough Aiden from MTI. This Champ is so talented no matter where he goes he will be successful one of the hardest workers i know.

Training our rangatahi up to fight in the ring will be awesome goal, training will help with balance of strength speed and endurance and mental toughness gaining alot of confidence in yourself if this is for your tamariki dm me

only couple spots available this will be free first in first served
Tue Thurs 430pm to 6pm
wed 7pm to 830pm with the fight team
