Arizona Hawkins: What 1HQ & Russell Mean to Me 🥊 | 1HQ x Ride With Tmac

1HQ is more than a gym. 🥊

In this clip, Arizona Hawkins speaks from the heart about what 1HQ and Russell mean to him.

Sometimes a gym becomes more than a place to train.
It becomes a place that gives you direction, belief and somewhere to belong.

And sometimes a coach becomes more than the person holding the pads.

This is bigger than fighting.
Teaching the hood discipline. Shaping futures.
