Starting these school holidays, kids classes will run through the school holidays with the exception of the annual two week break over the Christmas/New Years period.

Of course there’s no obligation to get your kids to class if you feel they need a break. The option is there if you want them training though.

Hey team, here’s the updated adults class schedule starting next week.

Monday - 6:30-8:00pm (Partner Drills)
Tuesday - 6:30-8:00pm (Pad Work)
Wednesday - 6:45-8:00pm (Sparring)
Thursday - 6:30-8:00pm (Pad Work)
Friday - 5:30-7:00pm (Freestyle)

Mondays and Fridays classes are now open to all members regardless of whether you’re in the fight team or not. Any questions, please let me know.

Kids classes back on next week! Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:15pm. Age range 6-12. Flick me a message if you want to get your young ones started!
