Saturday 9.30-10.45am
Iyengar Yoga Dynamic - video examples.
This is movement based Iyengar practice, less props, more repeated movements, expect to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping.
Cost $24 casual or $21 account

Monday Foundations Class
6-7pm
This is for people who are new to yoga, or wanting a more gentle class. This class will cover all the basics, and prepare you for moving into beginner classes.
Cost $22 casual or 4 classes for $80.

No bookings are required, just arrive 10 minutes before class begins.

First Beginners course for the year. If you’ve always wanted to find out whether yoga is for you, now is the perfect time to join us at the beautiful Yoga Tree Studio, right in the centre of town.

Mela, one of our certified teachers, will guide you gently through a series of poses suitable for all abilities, helping you build confidence step by step.

This 4-week series starts on Wednesday 1 April and finishes on Wednesday 22 April.
Time: 6.00 – 7.15pm.
No experience required.
