Yesterday we had the pleasure of catering another wedding, serving up smoked brisket, pulled pork and chicken wings.
Alongside the main menu, we also catered for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and even paprika-free dietary requirements.
It can be a bit of a challenge juggling the different requirements, but it's always satisfying making sure everyone gets to enjoy a delicious meal.

On Saturday we held our very first Private Masterclass, and what an epic group of people to spend the day with.
We set out to create the ultimate BBQ day out β loading up the smokers with some of the best cuts available and sharing everything weβve learned from years of competition BBQ, catering and home cooking.
The goal was simple:
Prepare great food, cook it properly, serve it with great presentation and share knowledge along the way.
This was a true end-to-end class, with the larger cuts taken right from trimming and prep through to slicing, pulling and serving.
Across the day we cooked four different Wagyu steaks, Wagyu brisket and a full spread of BBQ favourites, all cooked across different smokers and using different techniques to show just how much variety there is in traditional and live-fire cooking.

Well thatβs a wrap on the Home & Garden Shows at Hnry Stadium.
Sunday was a little quieter, which meant more time for proper chats about cooking, techniques, and how everyone likes to do things at home.
Thank you to everyone that stopped by the stand, tried a sample, and gave us some of your time over the weekend. It was great meeting so many people and hearing the different ways everyone approaches BBQ and cooking in general.
One thing that definitely stood out, I get the feeling the trusty slow cooker is making a comeback. Plenty of people talking low and slow, easy family meals, and getting good flavour without overcomplicating it. This is where our rubs really come into play.
Really appreciate all the support over the weekend.

What a great day down at the Home & Garden Shows today at Hnry Stadium.
We were sampling smoked meats and roast spuds using our rubs, and jumped in for a quick demo as well.
Really good to meet so many new people and catch up with plenty of familiar faces throughout the day.
A big thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat, grabbed a sample, or picked up some rubs. We appreciate the support.
