Finding it tough to find time to squeeze some competitive squash into your week?

We’ve got you covered!

Squash Wellington’s Sunday League kicks off in just a couple of weeks, with the first round hosted by Khandallah Tennis & Squash Club.

Games will run between 1pm and 5pm each Sunday, and it’s nice and simple:

-Play your match
-Ref the next match
-Stick around for a rehydrate afterwards… if you want to!

The best part? You choose how much you play. Enter all five rounds or just pick the Sundays that work for you. No long-term commitment required.

📅 First round: Sunday 11 October – Khandallah
⏰ Games: 1pm–5pm
📝 MySquash entries close 5pm Thursday before each round
📢 Draws published Friday evenings

So, if you’ve been looking for an excuse to get back on court, get some competitive games under your belt and catch up with other players, Sunday League could be just what you need!

What a fantastic weekend of coach development!

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved in our coaching clinics with Emma Millar from Squash New Zealand over the weekend.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Emma spend time with our coaching community, sharing her knowledge, practical tools, tips and resources to help us continue to support and develop players across our clubs.

With 28 coaches attending across the weekend, it was an outstanding turnout and a fantastic indication of the enthusiasm and commitment within our coaching community.

It was great to see coaches sharing ideas, getting involved, asking questions and, most importantly, investing in their own development to help grow squash in the Wellington region.

A big thank you to Emma, our participating coaches, and everyone who helped make the weekend such a success. A big shout out also to our hosts Red Star Squash Club and Club Kelburn

A strong coaching community helps create stronger players, stronger clubs and a stronger future for squash !

Squash Wellington is supporting a series of Coach Development Courses, delivered by Emma Millar, Squash NZ Coach Development Lead.

Ideal for current or aspiring coaches working with juniors or beginner adults. No previous coaching experience is required.

There is no cost to participants so just bring yourselves.
